Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and with the original tags attached.
We offer free return shipping. To start a return, please log into your customer account and submit your return request through our self-serve returns portal. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return instructions.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account.
