This past weekend, our community showed up strong for a much-needed spring reset — and we loved every second of it.
We kicked things off with a spicy Reformer Pilates class at FS8 Oxford Circus, where the vibes were high and the glutes were on fire. The energy in the room was unreal — there’s something so special about sweating it out next to like-minded women who are all showing up for themselves and each other. It doesn’t matter how many events we’ve hosted… we still get the same butterflies seeing new faces, fresh connections, and old friends reuniting.

After class, we strolled over to Scarlett Green for a YUMMY brunch and social. If you haven’t been — go. Trust us. Think hearty plates, dreamy coffee, and that classic Aussie brunch magic. The perfect post-Pilates reward.

From deep chats to belly laughs, it was a wholesome Sunday filled with connection, intention, and new memories. To top it off, every guest left with a Sunday Minute goodie bag, because we love to spoil our community.
This event was a little reminder that you don’t need a full reset to feel recharged — sometimes, all you need is a Sunday, a great workout, and good company.
